Trisha Legwold serves as the Executive Director at Millers Landing Senior Living, bringing over 10 years of experience in health and senior care. As a Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD), she provides strategic leadership focused on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality resident care. Trisha is committed to fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring a safe, supportive, and resident-centered environment. She takes pride in leading teams that deliver exceptional service and meaningful experiences for residents and their families.
Eli Tripp,
Eli Tripp,Marketing Director
Eli Tripp serves as the Community Relations Director at Millers Landing Senior Living. Eli got his start by working as a Dietary Aid in an assisted living community in 2016, which sparked as interest in social work and community support. Eli went on to spend several years working in the field of peer support where he found himself working in a leadership role to connect the population that he worked with, to the counties and communities of which they belonged. At Millers Landing, connecting people to resources in their own community is one of many things that Eli is fortunate enough to continue to do. Ensuring that every resident has a voice to use in order to achieve their desired outcome is an absolute passion.

When Eli is away from work, he enjoys taking walks along the Minneapolis lakes, cooking, finding new restaurants to eat at, and playing sports with friends. You can find him during the week with an open office door, welcoming residents to make themselves at home.

Phil Mahlstadt,
Phil Mahlstadt,Activities Director
Philip Mahlstadt is the Activities Director at Millers Landing Senior Living. Phil has over 16 years of experience working in mental health and assisted living communities. He has worked in many positions, but being so personable, joyful, and charismatic, his role as Activities Director is the most fitting.
When Phil is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 little boys. They live in South Minneapolis, and he enjoys writing music, cooking exotic foods, and taking long walks on the beach.
Lia Palmquist,
Lia Palmquist,Community Relations Director
Lia serves as the Community Relations Director at Millers Senior Living. She has been in social services for almost 20 years. Lia started her career in Nursing Homes, where she then transitioned into Group Residential Housing, providing case management and housing support for an array of clients. Throughout her career she has managed VA housing programs,  health and wellness programs and Long-term housing support. She  has a passion for providing exceptional care and advocacy for elders. She is excited to bring her experience and expertise to Millers Landing. When she is not working, She enjoys spending time gardening, being outside and taking her dogs for long walks. 
Pablo Meyer,
Pablo Meyer,Maintenance & Housekeeping Director
Pablo Meyer serves as the Maintenance Director at Millers Landing Senior Living, where he is dedicated to creating a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained home for residents. He began his journey in senior living in 2019 as a receptionist, where he developed a genuine passion for supporting seniors and their families. That experience continues to shape his approach today—prioritizing responsiveness, attention to detail, and a resident-first mindset in everything he does. Pablo takes pride in making sure that when something needs attention, it is handled quickly and thoughtfully, helping residents feel secure and cared for in their environment. Outside of work, Pablo enjoys spending time with his beloved cat, riding his bike, and listening to music.
